建党初期中国共产党“平民政权”口号的提出及演变初探

＂平民政权＂是中国共产党在1923年＂三大＂期间提出的政权主张的新提法,之后一直出现与二、三十年代中共中央的文件、宣言、报告、决议中。这一口号,既延续了＂二大＂所提出的＂由一个或数个革命的党派共同执政＂的政权观点,也为稍后中国共产党＂革命民众联合政权＂、＂建立一个工农小资产阶级独裁制＂以及中华苏维埃共和国的政权方案提供了一个总体思路。在中国上世纪20年代复杂多变的历史背景下,它在不同的阶段有不同的内涵。文章追寻这一思想的产生、发展和演变的轨迹,为进一步研究中共早期政权思想提供更为广阔的思路。

On the Slogan"Populace Power"by the Chinese Communist Party in the Early Period and its Evolution

＂Populace power＂ was put forward by the Chinese Communist Party during the Third National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 1923,appeared late in the various documents,declaration,reports and resolutions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party in 1920s and 1930s.In China＇s complex historical background in 1920s,the slogan reveals different connotations in different historical stages.The paper traces the origin and the evolution of this idea and shed more lights on the study of the CPC＇s early idea of power.
