摘    要:用酸碱溶液预处理云母钛片状无机微晶得到部分中空结构的基质材料,采用湿化学工艺将这种基质材料表面包覆氧化铁薄膜,并控制薄膜的光学厚度,制得红-黄-蓝三色变化随角异色颜料.较为系统地考察了反应浓度、反应温度、反应系统pH值、加料速度、陈化时间和焙烧温度等反应条件对颜料光学性能的影响.利用生物显微镜对颜料片状微晶的形貌进行了考察.

Abstract:Red-Fellow-blue three-color effects optically variable pigments are prepared by wet chemical method from titanium dioxide-coated mica. The plate-like titanium dioxide-coated mica crystallite was pre-treated by proper acid and alkali solution to obtain portion hollow structure host materials,and then coated by the iron oxide with different thickness in order to obtain red-yellow-blue three-color effects. The reaction conditions that affected the optical properties of the pigment, such as the reactant concentration, reaction temperature, the value of pH, the feeding rate, the aging time and the calcine temperature are discussed systematically. The microstructure of the plate-like crystallite is studied by the biological microscope.
