| Abstract: | In modern society,it's definitely true that the network influences the development of the college student's personality in a positive way as well as in an negative way.Thus as to how to make the network become a propeller which can strengthen the development of the college student's personality,the authors expound their points in three aspects: government;colleges;individuals,and put forward several countermeasures and suggestions. |
