| 摘 要： | 给出了基于单片机的等离子体渗氮工艺自动控制系统的设计方案，该系统由PIC单自机、AI智能仪表及脉冲电源等组成，对该系统组成部分的功能和监控程序设计作了详细地说明，该系统实现了对等离子体渗氮工艺的自动控制，为现行离子渗氮的设备发行和该工艺的技术进步将起到重要的作用。
