| Abstract: | The principal technology and typical structures and characteristics of solar cells made from various materials such as single-crystalline silicon,multi-crystalline,poly-Si thin film,a-Si thin film,CIS,CdTe,Dye-sensitized cells are reviewed in this paper.Commercial products of various solar cells and development tendency of PV industries are explained. |
