| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing the angular acceleration which affects thegeneraic swing in power system transient stability, the coherency recognitions are screenedout by three steps f grouping the initial angular accelerations, checking the influence ofcoherency generator groups and the influence of noncohercncy generators.Thus,the coherency generator groups in complex power systems can be identified.The steps for coherency recognition were shown and the effectiveness of the method was comfirmed by the examples. |
