| 摘 要： | 红豆杉属于世界濒危物种，而红豆杉的提取物紫杉醇具有独特的抗癌作用．综述了紫杉醇的抗癌机理和人类获得紫杉醇的方法．为解决紫杉醇的长期供应问题，国内外学者在紫杉醇人工获得方面进行了许多有意义的探索，为红豆杉野生资源的保护提供了有效途径．

| Abstract: | Taxus Mairei is one of the species in the world that are in imminent danger, and Taxol Pacli Taxel, the extract of it, is unique in anticancer. This paper summarizes the anticancer mechanism of Taxol Pacli Taxel and methods to acquire it by human being. To solve the problem with the long-term supplying of Taxus Mairei , scholars both home and abroad have made significant researches on artificial acquire of Taxol Pacli Taxel, which provides effective ways for the wildlife conservation of Taxus Mairei . |
