Abstract:In order to explore the mode and pathway for training inter-disciplinary and multidisciplinary intersection talents, the School of Life Sciences in Jinggangshan University conducted in-depth studies and practices in building talent cultivation system of multidisciplinary intersection and training interdisciplinary talents. We established a multidisciplinary cross fusion concept of training interdisciplinary talents, employed a high level of interdisciplinary teaching staff, integrated a multidisciplinary curriculum system, constructed a multidisciplinary practice teaching system, established a multidisciplinary practice teaching platform and shaped a second classroom education system of multi-disciplinary cooperation. It has been proved by the practice of talent training reform for many years that these reforms and practices have effectively improved the quality of interdisciplinary talents and the students'' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and remarkable talent training effect has been achieved.
