铜,铝对低铬稀土白口铁共晶碳化物形貌的影响

摘    要:低合金白口铁碳化物形貌及其分布状态,强烈的影响其强韧性和抗磨料磨损性能。本文主要论述了低络稀土白口铁,在铜和铝的共同作用下,其共晶碳化物形貌的变化规律及其对主要性能的影响。实验证明,在适当的铜、铝含量时,共晶碳化物有明显的呈孤立块状分布趋势,并在一定程度上被细化。从而有效地改善了白口铁的强韧性和耐磨性。

Abstract:The apperance and distribution of carbide in low alloy white cast iron have a great influence on its abrasive resistance as well as strength and toughness.This paper mainly investigates the changs of carbide appearance in white cast iron with the coaction of copper and aluminum, and describes the effects of carbide appearance on its major performances. the experimental results show that with a proper content of copper and aluminum, the eutectoid carbide have a clear isolated-distribution and are refined to some extend. Thus the strength and toughness and abrasive resistance of white cast iron are effectivety improved.
