| Abstract: | A primitive diagraph with three circles which contains two different length are discussed. By analyzing the characteristics of the diagraph,and by using the operations of the sets and the operations of the inequalities,the scrambling index of this primitive diagraph and the base of non-powerful signed diagraph which is based on such a primitive diagraph are concluded. |
