Environmental protection of economic development exemplified with Yingkou

The rapid economic growth of society stimulates the demand for resources. Simultaneously it generates the waste and unreasonable exploitation and utilization of resources, causing ecological damage and environmental pollution. This has become an unfavorable factor and a serious obstacle restricting the sustainable development of economy and society. Citing Yingkou as an example, the paper elaborates that importance must be attached to the construction and protection of the ecological environment in developing economy. Meantime, we should adhere to the strategy of coordinated development of economy and ecological environment.
