摘    要:对一根运行5a后的乙烯裂解炉管的组织和性能分析结果表明,经长期运行后炉 管材料的蠕变断裂性能降低,管壁减薄。提出了考虑裂解管蠕变损伤和减薄损伤的剩 余寿命预测方法。

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of an ethylene cracking tube (36XS Alloy) which has been exposed for 5 years are investigated. It has been found that the creep rupture strength is reduced and the tube wall is thinned after long time exposure.A residual life predication method of cracking tube is proposed taking account of the creep damage and the thinning damage of the tube.
