氙灯放电波形对调Q的Nd:YAG激光器泵浦效率的影响

摘    要:从能级系统速率方程入手推导出调 Q的四能级系统激光介质反转粒子数与泵浦强度的关系 ,进而比较泵浦强度为方波和与普通 LC放电波形相似的正弦半波的泵浦效率。从而得出方波的泵浦效率始终大于正弦半波的泵浦效率。

Abstract:Beginning with the rate equation of energy level system, the article deduces the relationship between the amount of the reversal particles of laser medium in four energy level system and the Bengpu intensity, then compares the Bengpu efficiency of square shaped wave as Bengpu intensity with that of half sine wave similar to the common LC discharge wave, finally draws the conclusion that the Bengpu efficiency of square shaped wave is larger than that of the half sine wave all the time.
