| 摘 要： | 基于GIS技术的国土资源电子政务系统是当前国土资源信息化建设的重要技术手段之一.针对国土资源电子政务系统中的工作流和安全性技术保障问题,从系统设计目标、总体结构、功能结构、网络拓扑、系统安全等方面进行了全面的阐述,且详细介绍了国土资源电子政务信息系统实现的关键技术问题.

| Abstract: | GIS-based E-government information system is an important technical tool on the construction of land resources information.By focusing on work flow and safety technical support issues,we comprehensively exposit design objectives,overall structure,functional structure,network topology,system security and detail the land resources of E-government information system of the key technical issues. |
