涂层性能超声无损评价

摘    要:本研究旨在建立热喷涂涂层超声无损评价的方法.热喷涂涂层中的超声声速根据超声脉冲在被测介质中的传播时间来计算,用TT-260型磁性测厚仪测得涂层厚度,用试纸法测得涂层孔隙率,用显微硬度计测得涂层的显微硬度,并对超声声速与热喷涂涂层特性(孔隙率、显微硬度)之间的关系作了探讨.实验结果表明,涂层中的超声声速与孔隙率之间的关系是,随着孔隙率的增大,超声声速减小.涂层中的超声声速与显微硬度的关系是,随着显微硬度的增大,超声声速也增大.

Abstract:This project aims at studying the method of ultrasonic nondestructive evaluation. Ultrasonic speed of spraying coating was calculated according to spread time of ultrasonic pulse in medium, The thickness was measured with Tr - 260 magnetic thickness measuring method, the porosity of coating was measured with test paper, and the micro - hardness of the coating was decided with the micro - sclerometer, The experimental result indicated that the relationship between ultrasonic speed and the hole rate in the coating was that with the increasing of the hole rate, the ultrasonic speed reduced. The relationship between ultrasonic speed and micro - hardness in the coating was that with the increase of the micro - hardness, the ultrasonic speed also increases.
