摘    要:本文通过开展人工地质体的长管试验和基质级配试验,检验人工地质体处理污水可行性和达到最优净化效果所需粒径组合与合理填料厚度。长管试验模仿反滤层结构,以石英砂和大理石砂等为填料组合多孔介质人工地质体,采用多阶梯设计,结果显示对COD、TP、TN、NH4+-N的有效去除率分别可以达到24.11%、61.23%、46.99%和81.79%。级配试验采用3级处理单元串联方式构建人工湿地试验平台系统,以石英砂、石灰岩颗粒和砾石为填料,按照不同基质配比和组合形成6组对照试验组进行试验,结果表明2号试验组对TP和COD的去除率最高,分别达到92.86%和64.59%;3号试验组对TN、NH4+-N的去除率最高,分别达到49.51%和11.08%;试验结果表明填料为5~10mm粒径厚层砾石和单一粒径石灰石层颗粒条件下污染物去除效果更好。两期试验结果表明人工地质体反滤层设计对污水净化效果理想,具有广泛的推广意义。

Abstract:Through carrying out long tube test and matrix grading test of artificial geological body. Examing the feasibility of artificial geological body for sewage treatment and the size combinations required to achieve the best purification effect and the proper packing thickness. The long tube test imitates the reverse filter structure, using quartz sand and marble sand as filling materials and adopts multi ladder design. The results showed that the effective removal rates of COD, TP, TN and NH4+-N could reach 24.11%, 61.23%, 46.99% and 81.79%, respectively. Grading test using 3 processing units constructing artificial wetland systems, using quartz sand, limestone and gravel packing. According to different matrix ratio and combination, 6 controlling groups were formed to carry out a series of tests. The results showed that group 2 holds the highest removal rate of TP and COD, reaching 92.86% and 64.59% respectively. And group 3 holds the highest removal rate of TN and NH4+-N, reaching 49.51% and 11.08% respectively. The test results also showed that the removal of pollutants was better under the condition of 5~10mm, particle size, thick gravel and single particle size of limestone particles. The results of two tests show that the design of artificial geological filter is ideal for sewage purification, and it has extensive popularization significance.
