| 摘 要： | 分析信息、知识、智能的特点和相互关系,总结它们的变化规律：由特殊到恒定,由快变到慢变,由具体到抽象的变化过程.并在钟义信教授的知识论、意识论和＂信息-知识-智能＂转换理论的基础上,提出了基于信息时空层次关系的智能模型.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the features of information,knowledge,and intelligence as well as their mutual relations.It also summarizes the variation rule：the change from particular to constant,from fast to slow, and from concrete to abstract.On the basis of Professor Zhong Yixin＇ s knowledge,consciousness theory and the＂information - knowledge - intelligence＂conversion theory,the paper presents the intelligent model based on spatial and temporal hierarchy relationship of information. |
