| Abstract: | Based on the current situation in western regions,we have identified the bottlenecks which constraint the smooth implementation of locally-granted student loans.In order to further promote the effective implementation of student loans,we make some countermeasures such enhancing local economic strength,refining sound administration and perfecting related systems. |
