平衡悬架的振动特性分析

摘    要:钢板弹簧平衡悬架是重型车辆常用的悬架结构形式。建立平衡悬架的三自由度振动模型,应用随机振动理论,导出平衡悬架系统的传递特性及车身振动加速度均方根值,对平衡悬架与普通悬架的振动特性进行对比研究,并就结构参数对平衡悬架特性的影响进行了分析。实例分析结果表明,与普通悬架相比,平衡悬架能大幅提高车辆行驶的平顺性。平衡悬架不仅适用于重型车辆,也可作为其他车辆改善行驶平顺性的结构措施。在平衡悬架的结构设计上,减小两车桥的轴距和质量差异可提高车辆的平顺性。

Abstract:Plate spring balanced suspension is usually found in heavy vehicles. A 3-DOF dynamical model of the balanced suspension system is constructed in this paper, and the transfer characteristics of the suspension system and the RMS of the body vibration acceleration are derived by employing random vibration theory. The vibration performance of balanced suspension is compared with that of common suspension, and the effect of structural parameters on balanced suspension performance is analyzed. An example indicates that vehicle smoothness can be significantly improved by balanced suspension in contrast with common suspension. Balanced suspension is not only applicable for heavy vehicles; it can also be used to improve other vehicle smoothness. Vehicle smoothness can be enhanced when wheelbase and mass difference of the axles are reduced in suspension design.
