摘    要:某制氢装置转化炉下集合管与外接管焊接接头开裂泄漏 ,在内外部表面检查、壁厚测定、渗透检验、超声检测、金相分析、硬度测定和大量的理化实验、材料机械性能和残余应力测试以及腐蚀产物电子探针实验的基础上 ,进行了开裂原因分析 ,并对外接管材料进行了改进 ,取得了较理想的效果 ,保证了生产的顺利进行

Abstract:Leakage resulted from split on the welding connection between the lower collecting tubes and the outer pipelines occurred in the invert furnace of a hydrogen production facility.An analysis on the causes of split is carried out on the base of inner and outer furnace walls inspection,wall thickness measurement,seepage inspection,supersonic inspection,metallurgical phase analysis,hardness measurement,many physical and chemical experiments,mechanical properties and remaining stress of materials and probe experiment on corrosive productions.The material of the outer pipelines is improved and ideal effects are achieved;thus production is resumed.
