低压脉冲渗氮的试验研究

摘    要:综合考虑热力学和动力学因素,就炉压对渗氮速度的影响进行了理论分析计算和试验研究。在此基础上开发的低压脉冲渗氮工艺能显著改善工业零件上的盲孔、狭缝或深槽等的内表面、散装件和重叠表面的渗氮均匀性,并在生产实践中获得较满意的结果。

Abstract:The effect of furnace pressure on nitriding speed is investigated based on the thermodynamics and kinetics factors. The low pressure pulse nitriding technology is developed, which can improve the blind hole, narrow gap, deep channel and internal surface in industrial workpieces and also the overlapped surface of bulk workpieces. It has already achieved satisfactory results in the production practice.
