摘    要:植物反转录转座子是植物基因组中一类可移动的遗传元件,可分为LTR反转录转座子和非LTR反转录转座子两类。反转录转座子以高拷贝广泛分布于植物基因组中,具有高度的异质性,可被某些生物或非生物逆境激活并通过纵向和横向在物种内和物种间传递,对植物基因组的结构、功能和进化起着重要的作用。文中对反转录转座子的类型、结构与特点进行综述,并探讨其作为分子标记在现代生物学中的应用。

Abstract:Retrotransposons are a class of mobile genetic elements that are particularly abundant in plant genomes. Retrotransposons can be divided into two major groups: the long terminal repeat (LTR) and the non-LTR retrotransposons. Retrotransposons usually exist in the form of high copy numbers, and often consist of highly heterogeneous populations. Some of the retrotransposons can be activated by biotic or abiotic stresses. They can be transmitted between generations by vertical (transmission) and between species by horizontal transmission, and thus, playing important roles in the structure, evolution and function of plant genomes. In this paper, types of plant retrotransposons and their structure and characteristics are summarized, and their use as molecular markers in modern (biology) is also discussed.
