茶饼中茶皂素的提取和微量元素的测定

摘    要:茶饼经过浸提,可以提出茶皂素和残油,提取率分别为11.0%和5.0%.然后经过发酵可制得蛋白饲料,对饲料中蛋白质和10种微量元素进行了分析测定.结果表明,蛋白质含量为9.68%,Mg、Fe、Ca、Mn、Zn、Cu元素含量较为丰富.

Abstract:Saponin and residual oil can be extracted from camellia cake and recovery rate are 11.0% and 5.0%, respectively. Camellia cake can be further turned into protein forage by fermentation. Content of protein and ten trace elements in forage were determined. The results show that the forage contains 9.68% protein and higher amount of Mg,Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu than other elements.
