关于尽快设立山西省地方创新基金的建议

科技型中小企业技术创新基金的实施在促进中小企业技术创新方面发挥了积极的作用。山西省科技厅围绕国家创新基金的申报和管理，做了大量的工作．然而．山西省获得国家创新基金资助的项目一直比较少。因此，建议尽快设立本省地方性科技型中小企业技术创新基金，并进一步加强时服务机构和各级管理部门的业务指导．搞好宣传和培训，积极引导企业申报创新基金。争取得到国家创新基金更多的支持，推动山西省创新基金工作跃上一个新台阶。

Suggestions of Establishing Shanxi's Local Innovation Funds As Soon As Possible

The practice of the technical innovation funds for the minor sci-tech enterprise plays an important role in promoting the technical innovation of the minor enterprise. Around declaring and managing the national innovation funds, S hanxi Provincial Scientific and Technological Bureau has done a lot of works, bu t the projects obtaining the aid of the national innovation funds are less. So, this paper suggests that Shanxi Province should establish the local technical in novation funds for Shanxi's minor sci-tech enterprises, and further strengthen t he professional guidance for the service organizations and the managerial depart ments at all levels, do well the propaganda and training, and guide the enterpri ses declaring the innovation funds for the purpose of obtaining more supports fr om the national innovation funds and promoting Shanxi's innovation funds to a ne w step.
