信号配时与交通设计协同优化

摘    要:提出一种信号配时与交通几何设计、相位相序设计协同优化的思想。以太原市桃园路口为例进行分析设计,建立了以停车延误、停车次数和通行能力为目标的信号配时优化模型,采用罚函数粒子群优化算法(PSO)同时优化绿灯时间和信号周期,使二者达到最佳匹配。最后通过Vissim仿真的结果对比来验证此方法的合理性及有效性。
