| Abstract: | Park Chung Hee Government attempted to develop nuclear weapon program out of the consideration about its national security in 1970s.Being worried about the possible imbalanced state of its nuclear deterrent strategy caused by ROK's nuclear weapon program,the U.S.took the employment of both kindness and severity and put pressure on related countries to curb ROK's nuclear weapon activities. |
