| 摘 要： | 针对城市公共交通系统的各种改进及新建方案的比选，提出了一种比较简便的方法，从多项方案中初步筛选出那些最能符合城市实际需要的方案，以便对其做进一步的详细研究，从而避免人们在不合适的系统方案上浪费时间、精力和财力．

| Abstract: | Aiming at the choice among all alternatives of city public traffic system, either refreshed or newly constructed, we present a relatively simple method. The method can primarily screen out the projects which can meet city practical needs best and put up further detailed research thereby to avoid waste of time, vigor and financial resources. |
