| Abstract: | A new analytic method and a new semi-analytic method have been presented in the paper for the solutions of somepartial differential equations (PDEe)in Hamiltonian formulation and based on symplectic orthogonality of eigen-vectors.The methods are quite general ones though the verification and formulation of them in the paper have been connectedwith two-order non-homogeneous elliptic equation. Brief numerical results are also given.It has been concluded that the analytic method can get analytic solutions of some PDEs that are unsolved and thesemi-analytic method is more accurate in computing both the state vector (displacement) and the co-state vector(stress)on the whole compared with Ritz method, finite element method and finite strip method.The project is supported by the National hatural Science Foundation of China for Post-Doctorate Research and hasbeen partially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. |
