| 摘 要： | 古敢水族乡的贫困突出，生态环境日趋恶化，且形成不良循环，进一步导致社会系统、经济系统、人口系统及贫困内部的不良循环。应从改变粗放的耕作方式和不合理的扩大耕地等五方面采取脱贫对策。
