工作过程导向模式下对高职课程体系改革的思考

职业教育课程正在向“工作过程导向”的模式发展，相应的专业设置也应随课程的改革而有所变化；课程改革的目标与职业资格培训的目标是一致的，课程开发技术标准的出台将会使高职“双证书”制度的问题得以根本性解决；在工作任务分析时既要分析工作过程的潜在的迁移性，又要着重分析职业平台的基础对职业迁移能力的影响；在课程设置上坚持以能力为中心的理念，将课程设置为德育课程、文化课程、专业主干课程和专业拓展课程等，并尽可能采用模块化设计。

Thoughts on Higher Vocational Course System Reform Under Work Process Guidance Pattern

The vocational education course is developing in course of ＂Work Process Guidance Pattern＂, and the same specialty setting should be changed to some extent following with the course system reform. The target of the course system reform is consistent with that of vocational qualification training, and two-certificated system problem for higher vocational students can be ultimately solved by the appearing of technical norms for vocational course; when job task construed, both the latent migratory nature for the work process must be analyzed, and influence of the foundational platform to profession on the occupation migration ability of a student must be valued too; the courses would be offered as the moral education course, culture showing course, special field course and the extra course, and the idea of taking skill training as the center should be persisted on, also the concept of modules for course is adopted as far as possible.
