| Abstract: | Based on a survey of Er'yuan county's old Yonghe village and new Yonghe village,which is financially supported by the government,the paper makes an analysis of the conditions for and the obstacles in the village's effort to build a moderately well-off society,and then explores some counter measures as in building such a society. |
