| 摘 要： | 文章对图书馆藏书在认识上的误区加以阐述，并指出高校图书馆在藏书建设中都面临着“藏”与“用”的矛盾，具体从5个方面提出了解决该问题的方法。在结语中，对高校图书馆藏书建设工作给予了两点期望，图书馆藏书建设处于动态平衡之中，馆藏文献实际增长为零。

| Abstract: | The paper, after explaining the errors in the understanding of the books in libraries, points out that there is the conflict between storing and using of the collection in university libraries and proposes some solutions from five respects, hoping for a dynamic balance in the library collection development and zero actual growth. |
