| 摘 要： | ＡＰＥＣ即亚太经合组织，在促进亚太地区及全球贸易和投资自由化方面起着重要的领导作用．ＡＰＥＣ成立仅短短几年就迅速发展．成就卓著，对我国参与亚太经济区域合作有重大影响．本文回顾了ＡＰＥＣ的产生及发展历程，并对其特征和发展前景作出分析．
