| 摘 要： | 长江三峡工程建成后，库区水位大幅度上升，将淹没大量人防工程，对于结构稳定和周围地层稳定带来很大影响，危及城市地面与交通的安全。本文研究了重庆恨州区淹没人防工程技术的处理问题，提出了有关的中固治理措施。

| Abstract: | Upon the completion of the Three Gorges Project on the Yangtze River,the water level of the reservoir region will be raised and a large number of civil defence fortifications will be submerged,which will affect greatly the stability of the structure and the surrounding layer.This article discusses the technical treatment of submerged civil defence fortifications in the Wanzhou district of Chongqing and then offers relevant measures for the structure reinforcement. |
