航空中期天气预报业务系统

摘    要:简要介绍了《航空中期天气预报业务系统》的总体结构、业务运行流程及主要的技术原理和方法,系统采用MOS预报、PP预报,OCS预报等天气预报产品释用技术,制作 单站或多站航空气象要素预报,并可提供了可飞气象条件的预测。经过实验检验,系统各模块运行稳定,自动化程度高,对提高航空中期气象保障能力起到了积极的作用。

Abstract:The overall structure, flow chart and main technique principles used in the Operational System for Aviation Medium Range Weather Forcast are introduced. By using several kinds of methods, including MOS, PP and OCS (Objective Composite Similiar), the system can objectively forecast the weather elements such as precipitation, cloud, wind, visibility, air temperature, thunderstorm and so on. The experiment results show that the interactive computer system is user friendly, and has good performance and reliability.
