我国少数民族文字期刊的现状与发展对策刍议

我国少数民族文字期刊在我国少数民族地区发挥着特殊的不可替代的作用，但目前从总体上看，其数量少、类别文种多、出版周期长、刊物质量不够理想，发行量逐年下降，而且出版经费普遍紧张。必须与时俱进、开拓创新，树立全新办刊理念；调整结构、苦练内功，精心打造旗舰与精品；全面落实民族政策，增加财政拨款，才能使我国少数民族文字期刊走出困境，发挥应有的作用。

Developmental Countermeasure to the Situation of Journal

Ethnic minority journals in China play an important and un-replacable role in ethnic minority regions. But the present situation to them is that the quantum of issuing is small while the quantum of languages used for each journal is big; the issuing cycle is long while the quality is poor; the lack of outlay for each journal leads to the decline of issuing on the whole. Facing to the situation, we must be advanced with the times and set up a new ideology to run the journals and adjust the stnlcture to create high quality journals, to carry out the ethnic policy and put more outlays so that to make the journals in ethnic minority languages get rid of the difficult situation and function well.
