音平控渣技术在溅渣护炉中的应用研究

摘    要:以冷态和热态模拟试验对溅渣过程作了研究 ,测定了溅渣过程中的音平曲线 .结果表明 ,溅渣效果与渣中固相物质的比例和粒度密切相关 ,应用音平控渣技术可以判断溅渣情况和效果 .分析和解释了溅渣调质过程中的孕育期 ,讨论了提高溅渣效果的途径 .

Abstract:The process of slag splashing was analyzed and the sound curve was measured by means of hydraulical and thermal experiment of slag splashing. The result indicates that the effect of slag splashing has a strong relation with the ratio and size of solid components in slag, and the sonic-slag technique can be applied to judge the effect of slag splashing. The slag incubation existing in slag splashing is analyzed and explained. Some approaches to improve the effect of slag splashing are discussed.
