| 摘 要： | 新兴体育运动是一种“经过一段时间凝固和提炼”逐渐兴起和发展起来,具有新颖、独特、最为新潮并以追求潮流和时尚、寻求刺激、娱乐、休闲、社交、健身以及健心为目的的社会体育运动.因此,结合云南省高校新兴体育运动参与情况,把它作为改善大学生身体素质的一种手段,这样既可以缓解学生的学习压力而达到完全放松的状态,又满足了学生身体锻炼的需求,同时也满足了他们追求潮流、展现自我、彰显个性的心理需求.

| Abstract: | Emerging sports are sports that develop ＂after a period of solidification and refining＂ with the characteristics of novelty, uniqueness and fashion oand its purpose is to pursue the trend and fashion, entertainment, leisure, seek stimulation, social, physical, and mental health. The emerging sports can be used to improve undergrad students＇ pressure of pursue fashion, show uates＇ physical quality according to the situation in Yunnan, which is to alleviate the study and satisfy the students＇ physical training and meet their psychological needs to themselves and highlight their personality. |
