广西岩头2号洞洞穴动物体与环境中重金属含量的关系分析

通过对岩头2号洞内的斑灶马、蜘蛛、螺类、两栖类、鱼类、虾类进行了系统的调查和标本采集,共获标本1724号,经初步鉴定隶属于3门6纲13目29科46种。同时,测定了所采集的水样、土样及6类受测动物体内重金属Fe、Mn、Cu、Cd、Pb、Hg、As的含量,计算了水、土样中重金属在动物体内的富集系数。并对动物体内重金属含量与环境中的土壤、水中的重金属含量做了相关性及欧氏距离分析。结果表明:在动物类群之间的相关性来看,斑灶马与虾类、蜘蛛与鱼类、螺类与两栖类的相关性较显著;在与环境因子的相关性方面,斑灶马、螺类、两栖类、鱼类、虾类与水的相关性较显著。

Correlations of heavy metal contents in cave animals and in environment in No.2 Yantou cave of Guangxi

An investigation was made on Diestrammen,Araneida,Fruticicolidae,Amphibia,fishes and Shrimps in No. 2 Yantou cave. A total of 1724 specimens of the cave animals were collected,belonging to 3phyla,6 classes,13 orders,29 families and 46 species. The determination of Fe,Mn,Cu,Pb,Hg and As in samples of water,soil and investigated amim was given. The enrichment coefficients of the heavy metals for these four animal groups were calculated. An analysis of correlation and the Euclidean Distance was made on contents of heavy metals in animals,water and soil. The result showed,in animals,significant correlations were respectively found between Diestrammen and Shrimps,Araneida and fishes,Fruticicolidae and Amphibia. In environmental factors,water has a significant correlation with Diestrammen,Fruticicolidae,Amphibia,fishes and Shrimps.
