| 摘 要： | 目的 通过动物实验研究鸡冠花的止血作用及机制。方法 采用随机分组法，将16只家兔分为对照和实验2组，每组8只，雌雄各半，对照组以蒸馏水 灌胃，实验组以0．8g/kg剂量鸡冠花液灌胃，连续14d。结果 实验组家兔凝血时间较对照组明显缩短（P＜0．05），而血中维生素C（VC）和钙（Ca^2 )质量浓度较对照组明显增高。结论 鸡冠花具有明显止血作用，其止血机制与其所含的丰富营养素Ca^2 和VC有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the haemostatic effect and mechanism of Celosia cristata.Methods Sixteen rabbits were randomly divided into control group and treated group.Distilled water was administered orally to the rabbits of treated group for 14 days.Results Coagulation time in treated group was significantly shorter than that in control group( P <0.05),and Vitamin C and Calcium in the blood of treated group were higher than that in control group.Conclusion Celosia cristata haemostatic mechanism is related to its rich content of Ca 2 and Vitamin C. |
