| 摘 要： | 根据齿轮加工原理，对于采用齿条型带凸角的磨（剃）前切齿刀具预切齿轮的齿根沉切曲线构形进行了理论分析，并且推导出构成齿轮齿很沉切曲线的渐开线、延伸渐开线和延伸渐开线等距曲线方程。

| Abstract: | This paper is according to the principle of gear cutting,makes a theoretical analysis for the forming of the root undercut curve that uses the crowning rack cutter to precut it before grinding (or shaving). And derive the involute,the extended involute and the equally spaced equation of extended involute which forms the root undercut curve. |
