| 摘 要： | 高校国有资产是高校赖以生存与发展的重要物质基础,是高校综合实力重要组成部分,也是教学、科研和人才培养的重要支撑条件。在市场经济条件下,如何管好、用好国有资产,防止国有资产流失,实现资产使用效益最大化至关重要。文章就高校国有资产流失的现状和产生的原因,提出提高高校国有资产的管理意识、完善相关制度是维护高校国有资产的安全和完整、防止国有资产流失、促进高校教育事业健康发展的重要保证。
