摘    要:探测了蛋白胨,酵母粉,葡萄糖对BF80菌生长和降解苯酚的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,0.05%-1%的蛋白胨能促进BF80的生长却抑制该菌的苯酚降解,这种作用随浓度的增加而增大;酵母粉对BF80生长和苯酚降解均有促进作用,在最适浓度0.1%的情况下其生长量OD600达到1.578,苯酚降解率上升到99.21%;不同浓度的葡萄糖对BF80的生长和苯酚降解几乎都没有影响.
