| Abstract: | The reading,which is an important path for obtaining knowledge,is required by personal development and national prosperity.Being as the literature and information exchange center,the library has the duties and obligations in promoting the national reading activities.This paper introduces the important function of the reading,expounds the responsibilities and missions of the library,and puts forward some countermeasures for library＇s promoting the national reading activities. |
