摘    要:通过自由基引发、原位聚合的方法,合成了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醋-乙叉二甲基丙烯酸醇(GMA-EDMA)大孔聚合物连续床,并利用两性试剂L-lysine进行衍生化,制备了1种带两性电荷、具备多种分离机理的毛细管电色谱整体柱.通过优化流动相pH、竞争离子浓度、电压等因素,实现了NO2^-、NO^-、Br^-、I^-、SCN^- 5种无机阴离子的基线分离,并对该柱其它分离机理进行了理论预测.

Abstract:A new zwitterionic monolithic column for capillary electrochromatography was prepared by in-situs free radical polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) and dimethacrylate(EDMA) followed by derivation with L-lysine.It was theoretically predicted that this column is practicable in various separation mechanisms,and the practicability for ion-exchange mechanism was experimentally demonstrated by baseline separation of several inorganic anions after optimization of several separation conditions.
