镉、丁草胺单一及复合污染对苋菜生长的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了镉、丁草胺单一及复合污染对苋菜生长的影响.结果表明,镉在土壤中的质量比为5mg/kg(低质量比)时能促进苋菜生长,高质量比(20mg/kg)时抑制了苋菜生长,造成苋菜幼苗成活率显著下降,植株矮化,叶面积和生物量显著减小,镉的毒性作用对苋菜生长的影响持续时间较长.丁草胺污染程度越大,对苋菜生长的抑制作用越强,随着其在土壤中质量比增大到50mg/kg以上,种子发芽延迟,幼苗存活期缩短.随着镉和丁草胺复合污染程度的增高,苋菜成活率、株高等生理指标显著降低,对苋菜生长的抑制作用显著增强.

Abstract:The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of individual and combined pollution of butachlor and cadmium on amaranth.The results showed that low concentration of cadmium(5 mg/kg)promoted amaranth's growth whereas higher concentration of cadmium(20 mg/kg)strongly restrained their growth,resulting in obvious reduction of survival rate,plant dwarf and decrease of leaf area and biomass.It was indicated that the toxicity of cadmium poses longer-time influence on growth of amaranth.On the other hand,th...
