| 摘 要： | 对分组装配法进行了理论分析,并提出了新的看法;补充了配合件为三件以上时进行分组装配必须是配合件的所有增环公差之和等于所有减环公差之和,由此在原有的条件下进行分组装配才能保证与原装配要求不变。

| Abstract: | Group assembling method is analysed theoretically and a new opinion is presented. It is pointed out that,when the number of parts to be assembled is more than three,the sum of all increasing link tolerances is to be equal to the sum of all decreasing link to ler-ances. In this case,the original fit precision can be kept unchanged by means of group assembling under original assembling conditions. |
