| 摘 要： | 小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，对经济发展和社会稳定起着很大的促进作用。从企业财务管理、人员管理、职能设置、多元化经营、市场营销和品牌经营等方面分析了小企业在发展过程中存在的问题，并提出了一些有针对性的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The small enterprise, which is the important parts of the national e conomy, plays an important role in the economic development and the social stabi lity. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the development of the sma ll enterprise from aspects of enterprise's financial management, personnel manag ement, function setting up, diversified management, marketing, and brand operati on, etc., and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
