| 摘 要： | 对快速晶闸管烧结所用材料进行了分析，对铝箔厚度的确定进行了讨论。重点研究了烧结温度的选取．包括炉体内温度的分布，烧结过程温度曲线的设计等。力图解决晶闸管烧结过程中出现的非“欧姆接触”及粘润不良问题。

| Abstract: | The material for use in high-speed thyristor was analyzed and the decision of the aluminium foil thickness was discussed.It was put emphasis on the selection of sintering temperature,including temperature distribution of inner furnace body,and the design of temperature curve of sintering process,etc.Some harmful problems of non-ohmic contact and infiltration emerged in the sintering process were to be solved in an effort. |
