摘    要:提出了在线实时测量铝酸钠溶液化学成分(如苛性钠、氧化铝)的温度-体积质量-电导率法.通过正交回归设计方法建立铝酸钠溶液的体积质量、电导率和其化学成分以及温度之间关系的数学模型,该模型为一非线性二元二次方程组.现场应用时,只要测出铝酸钠溶液的温度、体积质量和电导率,代入上述方程,即可由计算机计算出铝酸钠溶液的化学成分.本文介绍了方法的原理、数学模型的建立过程及现场实验结果

Abstract:A temperature density conductivity method is proposed for the on line real time concentration measurement of sodium aluminate solution. According to the principle of the perpendicular recursive experimental design,a mathematical model,which describes the relationship between the concentration,the temperature of sodium aluminate solution and its density and conductivity,is established. This model is a non linear dualistic quadratic equation. When it is applied on the plant floor,the temperature,the density and the conductivity of sodium aluminate solution need to be measured. The measurement value is processed by a computer and the chemical concentration is then calculated. The principle of the method,the measuring system and the measurement result are presented.
